All orders require a 50% US$ deposit as a down payment to begin production. On receipt of payment for custom orders we will send the customer a CAD drawing for approval before we start work on the order. After the order is completed, we send detailed photographs to the customer, and if everything is satisfactory, the cargo company will pick up the items from our factory.

balance

The remaining 50% balance should be paid together with the freight charges

within 30 days from receiving confirmation of the shipping from the cargo

company. Late payment may result in overtime warehouse storage charges from the receiving cargo agent.
